“贵”的英语是expensive，那“非常贵”呢， 除了expensive， very expensive, 你还会其他的说法来表达“贵”吗？

比如，

在中文里， 我们常常会用“卖肾”“抢银行”等来调侃某个东西贵， 英文里也有这样的说法。

break the bank: 把银行里的钱都得花光， 意为“倾家荡产， 花掉所有有钱” ，多用于否定句to break the bank = to cost all the money you have in the bank; more commonly used in the negative form to not break the bank when you want to say that something is expensive, but not that expensive.
